  1. Hey ho. Unless I've messed it up somehow, there's an errant space at the end of the link to the MP3 (the one in the post, not the one in the title).

  3. Thank you for the past three years, guys!

The idea of Mommy Tummy as a sympathy tool is pretty intersting. I was recently roleplaying as a character who was pregnant. I did a lot of research for the character, and I tried to use weights and oddly-fitting clothing to simulate the physical sensations my character might have been experiencing. It was an interesting experience, to be sure, and left me with a lot more understanding of the process, and a lot more sympathy for expectant mothers. I feel like it's something more men should try to understand, and this might be a good tool to do that.

  4. Awe, we love you too clevermonkey.

First off, your dedication to the roleplaying craft is admirable. I think the mommy-tummy thing could work great for expectant parent classes (that's a thing, right?), instill some well-deserved sympathy. When it comes to "weird" games, why not try them at least once?

  5. Congrats on 3 years guys. Wow, time freaking flies. Scott mentioned something about iPhone connect-3 games, and I just happened to have picked up Undercroft which is like an old school Might-and-Magic or Elder Scrolls: Arena game for iPhone, and it is really great, even better than the old computer versions because the touch interface works so much better than a clunky mouse. So far the game has been pretty good, and I think we need to be looking for old games like this to remake, where the new controls would actually make the playing experience much easier.

  6. Hey Will,

    Thanks for the kind words.

It's good to hear that the iOS space can be used to keep old games alive. Now that you mention it, there are probably plenty of old games that would fit well with touch controls. Has anyone done a Myst port yet?
